Counseling Fees

Insurance: Mosaic Counseling is an out of network provider with all insurance companies. We take payment at the time of service, then at the end of each month automatically provide you with a Superbill with all the necessary billing codes to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Mosaic Counseling does not bill insurance companies directly. If you desire to use your insurance it is highly recommended you contact your insurance company before scheduling your first session to inquire of their reimbursement policies. The fee for a 50 minute counseling session is $170. Groups range from $30-60 per session. Payments can be made via cash, check or Zelle. We are no longer taking credit card or HSA card.
